Someone has rightly said "Health is Wealth"!

Everyone wants to be healthy, but unfortunately only few among us have this wealth of good health. First we should understand what is the real meanging of good health.
"a healthy state of wellbeing free from disease" or "the general and natural condition of body and mind,". Also there are many definations one can make according to his/her understanding about the subject.

"Health"can be divided in two parts, one is Physical Health and the other is Mental health. As health is commonly used for physical health, conveys general and natural condition of body, at the same time mental health can be understood as the general and natural condition of mind. Mental health is as much importance as the physical health for someone.

Now how to keep both healthy, Mind and Body ? The answer is simple but difficult to follow.
By proper Diet and with little regular Exercise, one can keep himself/herself healthy. Now a days Eating is our hobby, hobbies are good to have, but making Eating as a hobby with affect your health in a avery bed way. Eat proper diet, take fresh food only, use vegetables more, use fresh Fruits, juices etc and avoid spice meal, that's it. With balanced diet keep doing little exercise daily. Make excercise be part of your life. And for mental health do some Yoga, if possible and concentrate on your work, keep yourself involved in yur work. Studies also said that kepping oneself involved in his/her work increases the life span. So do work and live long.

One more saying is there "a healthy mind lives, inside a healthy body", so keep your body healthy, so that your mind automatically generate new ideas for happiness.
