Energy

Here are some common things that one should keep in mind:

  • Drink plenty of water.
  • Have a good amount of rest.
  • Eating foods that contain B vitamins such as wheat germ, barley, brown rice.
  • Avoid all altered fats. Stick to organic flaxseed oil, fish oils, evening primrose oil, coconut oil and olive oil.
  • Better sources for energy come from real foods instead of synthetic vitamins or, especially, sugary foods.
  • Eat smaller meals throughout the day for a continuous supply of food energy.
  • One more thing, Keep away from negative people who sap your energy.


All these things give you sufficient amount of energy for your daily routines.
